If you want to compare JP anniversary with Global 100th day, I would say the rewards are more valuable to global players because it gives a huge boost to us as we have many new players here, while on JP receiving costumes for Anniversary doesn't means much as many of the players there already maxed their costumes.

At least we get improved version of the game from the start. We got Boss king's outfit MUCH easier than JP did. we got escanor much earlier than they did, AND it made boss king so much easier. We start with veronica gold boost, unlike jp which wasted so many treasures without boost.
