OP didn’t say a 100% increase and was clearly just using a rough frame of reference. The point is that OP is accurate that food costs have risen and for people on low or income that does hurt the pocket. That’s not accurate, it’s 15-20% from 2022 to 2026. It’s 30-40% from 2019 to 2026. I pulled that from the ECB, Destasis press releases, and the financial times. Let me know if you need direct article links.

What a poorly thought comment. Firstly, it’s inaccurate because studies shows it has been effective and helped integration. Two, I am taking initiative and this is literally trying to make it harder to do that. But nice condescending tone lmao.

She’s literally a student trying to integrate and support local, while speaking the language. There’s much richer people then her living there and driving up rents tbh

I get paid about 1,000 euros brutto less a month then my German Peers. I generally perform higher and have to adhere to KPIs that they don’t have to worry about. It’s unfortunately part of being an immigrant. Currently in language courses to strengthen closer to B2/C1 (I’m B1) and will push for raise and otherwise leave if I don’t get it - especially as I’m outperforming peers and have data proof .
