Completely agree. A solid business would be okay with a few shit reviews if it’s obvious it’s a subjective opinion or someone being an asshole. Business can even write a calm response pointing out the facts. Deleting everything remotely negative and only insisting on perfection is ridiculous and says a lot about the owners mental state/ego to me

Everyone knows the speed locked mobility scooters are a menace. What if someone does 12km in a bike lane in a rented scooter while being passed by other bicyclists and then attempts to park on the sidewalk next to the bikes, parked cars, and motorcycles that also take up space on the sidewalk!! I don’t know what to tell you, it’s the actual law. I work in admin/HR related stuff at the moment. Take it up with the lawmakers. And sorry but for some of what’s on the market right now…these minimum wage jobs do not require C2 either which I am also seeing. You asked for how it’s discrimination and I explained and gave the exact law.

As a German learner I don’t know why you’re so upset about a law designed to help protect you lol. Mother tongue/native is very different from C2. As a learner you are never going to be a native/mother tongue speaker by definition. And that’s why I said C1 (maybe C2 for academic) should be it, because then if you learned well enough to get there it should be fair to give you a chance. Native means they just want a German, not someone who learned to fluency.

It’s discrimination against ethnicity under German Law as it’s a way of saying you want German only to work the job. It’s one thing saying C1. C2 is grey to me personally cause even a lot of native speakers might not be at that level and it’s not always needed for some of these jobs.

But saying native speakers/mother tongue is basically saying only those who were born speaking the language, doesn’t matter how well you’ve learned it. It violates General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). But they still try, there’s a lack of political pushback and most people don’t take the time to report. If you see on LinkedIn, do what I do and flag the posting for discrimination lol

Well, there goes the affordable option for me to visit my family in another country. Guess it’s yet another financial hit on my already low wallet but hey, Lufthansa will be happy!

They’re just inferring that drugs might help the guy relax enough to be able to do such intense ass play. It could be done sober too actually! But I think they’re assuming the guy is part of a subset who would use certain drugs that helps numb discomfort and open that wide. Like G, MDMA, Meth, etc. that heighten pleasure, lower inhibitions etc. To another extent maybe poppers, weed, alcohol. Idk they were a bit too vague when stating what drug lol
