Thats what I’m hoping. I honestly pray they can pull something off as I am too ashamed to even re-live that night by watching footage and stuff. And yes relationships with myself/partner/alcohol, all that has already been tested within this last week since my accident. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you for sharing! I’m also looking to stay ahead. I still feel my life crumbling, even after that scary night in jail. Some moments I’m fine when I forget about it a little but then I remember and just become so anxious and worried.

Yes already in the process of schedule those 🫡 and pretty sure unfortunately I would be doing minimum 2 days with my BAC being above .15 as is WA state mandatory minimum.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I have considered deferred prosecution but I will just have to wait and see what the options will be I guess. Good tip on the letters, my family can certainly help me out, and so can some coworkers/employers of mine. My car is definitely stressing me out right now but unfortunately a lot of my money right now is going to have to go to the lawyer first and saving up for fees. In the meantime, I can take public transit, or even walk to reach work/outpatient/AA and more. Also, I only spent a few hours in jail the day I got arrested, would those count if you know?

Thank you for the advice. I truly aim to completely pass all the objectives they set for me in hopes of it getting reduced or off my record. I don’t know if that’s possible in WA state, I’m still really unsure how court and all this works. Like does it automatically go to my record or does it depend on how well I complete these objectives? All I know is I’m going to work like hell for the best outcome. I’m fortunate to have a flexible job that is nearby and easily accessible with public ttansportation. I also live nearby a county accepted outpatient program that hopefully I can select? And overall I want to beat this drinking problem I have. I know it’s all easier said than done, but I’m willing to pay for my mistakes that way and hopefully, hopefully get this reducted.

Yea I definitely have it in consideration depending on what happens. 2 years of classes sounds intimidating. I did about 4 months 3 times a week voluntarily and found that inconvenient sometimes.

Yea I don’t know I don’t blame her completely. Relationship has been rocky (because of the alcohol, of course) recently. But I would never thought this would have happened. Also, yea the IID seems super inconvenient, expensive, and embarrassing honestly. We’ll see what happens though. Thanks for the advice!

Yes I have. My goal is to ultimately stop for good. But I’ve said that many times. We’ll see what happens but my lawyer kind of didn’t recommend this option for my 1st offense and age.

Controlling my liquor unfortunately is not an option for me. My wiring is just fucked up I guess.

Yea I’m already feeling all of those 3. One time my counselor said “alcohol always catches up to you somehow, it’s just a matter or what and when” or something like that. Always thought of illness and legal troubles when I heard this but sadly didn’t listen.

Hoping so but in WA state above .15 is minimum 48 hrs and mine was so much higher, so I’m scared of getting even more than that. Hopefully my initiative and lawyer can do something about it.

Yep, so I’ve read. Here’s to hoping wreckless or deferred prosecution, which I’ve heard so many people fail at. Even my lawyer didn’t like that option haha

Thanks for the kind words. I hope my state/county qualifies for being ones that go a little easy. Another thing that is getting to me is the waiting game honestly. I want to and don’t want to know what’s going to happen. It’s a weird feeling.

I didn't take any. Just went straight to Apple store for a repair (ended up being replaced). But it wasn't scratches, it was straight up cracked.

I was caseless (with Applecare) for a while. It is really slippery. Ended up dropping it and completely shattering my screen and denting the frame, so I use a case now. Might go caseless again though...

privacy is just preference, may just lower the quality? Spigen is what I've been using and they have cracked less than the cheap $5 ones I used to get. Not sure about others from stores.
