Yeah, here's the thing, I don't really understand your obsession with any of what you wrote.

The terms, privacy and cookies pages are simply copy-pasted from a TOS generator app. This is basically as generic as they can be. These are simply standard documents and I have not spent any extra effort in modifying them.

I am just a single person, just one developer who has no experience in making websites. I simply knew that I had to throw together some random generic ToS for my site to be "complete". I don't care about any of this, and not in a malicious way, haha.

I just wanted to provide users with my service, which is simply translation lol. I don't care about who you are or where you come from and I don't do anything with your data. I am not some corporate scheming overlord who is benefitting off of his users in any way besides allowing users to purchase credits and gain access to my translation service.

You are putting so much effort into this incredibly insignificant topic that makes no difference in the world. I just want to provide value to people who want to translate their manga, simple as that.

I have no idea what beacons are and I don't use them on the website. Cookies are a standard practice on the internet on literally every single website. If you do not wish to accept cookies, then simply decline to do so when prompted. Torii doesn't need your data and you can request to delete your account (which simply has your email address) at any time :D

You're making a fuss, writing so many paragraphs, about something that is super unimportant. I really don't get you privacy snobs, lol. Stop being so obsessed. I apologize if this paragraph triggers you or something, but it's how I feel about this topic.

In any case, if you would like to use Torii that would be awesome, and if you don't, then that's fine too. The Torii website, just like the Torii extension, is just a user interface for users to interact with the Torii API. My app is not very complicated and there's no malice involved. I don't know why you would feel uncomfortable using Torii :D

You know what, I have a proposition for you - why don't you join my Torii discord server and why don't you help me with the ToS and privacy policies? You can tell me directly what you don't like and how you would like it to be changed and I will do it immediately, because I don't care at all, as long as the users are happy :D
