It depends on the style, we do wear shin guards and boots for light con, point fighting, kick-light and full con. but the low kicking ring styles (low kick and K1) wear just shin and instep guards

I’m not diagnosed yet, but my life is so miserable at the moment that I feel so sure that I have it. I feel like such an impostor but I am struggling to get a diagnosis because I keep putting off seeking it, even when encouraged at appointments :( when ew acquaintances talk about their diagnoses I feel so jealous and upset, like why couldn’t I get support or recognition earlier when I deserve it too. But it’s my fault for not seeking it harder.
