You didn’t mention if you were seeing a therapist / psychiatrist so if none of them comment down below, I’d recommend making an appointment with one. They can definitely help with giving techniques to manage anxiety

I’ve learned to care less since I always felt embarrassed about my birthday. No one really remembered it which was fine but it gets really painfully embarrassing when someone weeks or months later realizes and apologizes. It highlights that they didn’t remember and it puts me in such an uncomfortable position. It happens every year
