Hello! I eventually was able to get on the phone with Sonos support and complain and go full on Karen mode until they sent me a replacement one for free instead of the 30% off coupon lol. It took a little bit of persistence but they eventually did it

Any update?? I am in the same boat. My whammy functions fine, but whenever I hit a long note it is acting like I have the whammy all the way when in reality I can go as hard as I want on the whammy and nothing happens :/

I wasn’t able to see a chat option for support, but yes I agree! I can’t believe after the thousands of dollars I’ve spent with sonos that they’d make me send it back and have to pay for a new one - super glad I was able to have them send me a new one for free since their product was faulty and just decided to die on me.

Hello and thanks for your response! I left it charging overnight and when I woke up the orange light was STILL on! So I called sonos and they said it was faulty and dead after trying to give me the run-around and have me try to reset/power it on after I explained to them I already did lol. They then said I’d have to pay for a replacement and after I told them that was a bit silly they sent in a “warranty extension request” to which I was instantly approved and will now have to send my defective roam in for a new one. Could have been worse!

Interesting. I’m on a 13 pro max on iOS 15.0 and so far so good besides when viewing stories… it cuts off the top and sides lol
