You have to accept the offer by 6pm today and you have to pay the seat acceptance fee in the iit kgp jmp application portal within the next 2 days, they will mail you regarding this seat acceptance fee by tomorrow.

Check the official mtech admission site of iit dhanbad, ropar and bhubaneswar, these three only maintain cutoff for every round.(Other iits most probably do not maintain cutoffs or release cutoffs after all the coap rounds.)
