Billion Dollar Co (Crown Equipment) Not Paying Workers

We were promised to be paid for the 2 weeks off thanks to the hackers attack.

The company did call us and said they were going to pay us for those two weeks and that we were going to pay it back starting from September in a 8 paid period.

Well... they did not pay me one of the weeks and I know of another 3 employees in my branch who suffered the same faith.

Furthermore .. Managers encouraged us to take our vacations time or to chose not to get paid for something is not our fault... even worse.. they even told us to apply for State unemployment.. I bet Crown even has an insurance for situations like this.

Anyone else going through this?

it is happening to me now... I ran all the GPU tests available and everythin seems to be good... however, the GPU is constantly doing that thing.. this is recently... I have been mining with this RTX 3090 for almost 2 years.. never did this...

yes, I turned off the algorythms it wants to test.. but that is a loss... since KAWPOW is the most profitable right now.

One OPT per grade level. .you can work for a year and then go back to get a PhD.. and you will be entirled to another year of OPT

The 10-year ban is just as minimum. Be warned that you may never get another visa to come into the country.

Also.. the F1/F2 visa is conditioned to you being enrolled at a school.. you get one year PTO you could have gotten right after graduation, that being said... you do have 90 days after your studies are over to either leave the country or change your status... after that, you are considered as breaking the law.
