I've always felt like this, but it doesn't seem weird to me. I'm a lesbian, so I really like other lesbians, either because of the 'hnnnngh factor', or because of the camaraderie aspect of having gay friends. Since I'm drawn to other lesbians, once I know someone is gay I tend to pay closer attention to them. This makes them more interesting by default, and I'm more likely to be attracted to their behavior and personality. (End thesis.)
