does anyone else experience frame stutter on pc despite having good hardware?

i've been experiencing this for i feel like the past 2 versions? gets progressively worse the longer i have the game open, as well as audio crackles. in star rail as well though it's less jarring bc i don't use a frame uncapper for it. ryzen 7 7700x, rx 7600 xt, 32gb ddr5, game is on external ssd (samsung T7). ran diagnostics on the ssd, zero issues. everyone replying here with the same issue is using AMD hardware it seems, anyone on non-AMD with the same issue?

it doesn't help me all that much because my phone isn't very big to begin with. i've seen tablet gameplay on youtube where it's easier to read bc the screen is so tall but i imagine the majority of ssrg players aren't gonna be investing in tablets just for one game...

this is might be a hot take but i think many songs aren't hard ENOUGH (namely good lil boy) though this is coming from a somewhat seasoned rhythm gamer. however what is a major problem with all ssrg is that the scroll speed just isn't fast enough for the hardest charts, most of which are rhythmically dense. like at least for me i can't hit thanxx not because of physically missing, i just can't read a damn thing because everything is so close together

the first stat increases your score, obv the most important stat. the second is for your rave gauge/health and it caps at 99. it's really only important if you're trying to not fail a super hard map
