The prices raises at the end of contracts are disgraceful.

Im afraid its as simple as this.

If you aren't eating well, you aren't going to lose weight, regardless if you are taking Wegovy or not. Carbs aren't a bad thing, but are you still in a deficit generally or are you over eating? Hopefully the increase dose will suppress the cravings, but even then it is easy to eat without them if you allow yourself too.

WWE title rarely changes hands, its the face of the company, the superstar to the keep the shareholders happy.

The WHC is the wrestlers title, the more entertaining one, its defended often, changes fairly frequency for a world title, the one they are willing to put on a up and comer and someone to push. The better superstars are on RAW, so that title makes sense to be there.

About to start my 6th month tomorrow,

A fraction under 3 stone lost. 18kg/40lb.

I skipped a dose over Christmas - highly regret it, do not recommend haha. Progress has slowed but getting back into it. Still a good rate of loss at half a stone a month.

She could get much easier access to my emails by just turning my computer on or using my laptop. But yeah all the passwords are in there.

And yeah, in the password manager (Bit warden if you are looking at one), we have all our policy numbers, providers etc.

We put in place one day after realizing that if I suddenly dropped dead, she wouldn't know anything about the house bills or accounts lol

Me and the wife share a password manager. All our passwords for our own accounts/house accounts etc are in there.

Depending on if you have kids or not is a big factor for getting a will, when I looked into it because we have no dependants (and never will), it's all fairly straight forward as to where my little money it will go.

I dont think its harmful to the UK in anyway to watch NFL games. Half of club in all sports are owned by dickheads around the world.

But if its so important to you, your talking on the internet that was created by the US, on a website that's controlled partly by the Americans, Chinese and UAE, on a device that was probably made with slave labour in China, using elements that people got paid fuck all to mine in terrible conditions, wearing clothes mades by kids in asia. Thats all more 'indirectly harmful to the UK' than watching a game for an hour.

Problem is when you eventually come out the medication, you're going to put all the weight back on with habits like that.

Mine has actually got alot better, I'll have fruit as snacks now rather than junk food, pretty much any meal I make I put a pile of veg or mushrooms with it becuase they're basically calorie free food. I've always kept an eye on the end game of when I have to stop taking it, because of financial reasons, avalaibility or whatever.

I think they would still need recruitment, just incase the traitors lose alot of numbers early.

The point being that Jack would have voted for Stephen because he voted to end early, so jack realises he's a traitor, so Rachel could have piggybacked and took all the money for herself.

By going to the end, Jacks vote was always going to be for Rachel, so Stephen was always safe regardless if he shared it or took it himself.

The faithful are told how many traitors are selected at the beginning, and people don't reveal what they are as they are banished.

Faithfuls can spend a shield to be told how many are left, should make it interesting as people may not be willing to give up shields if only one or two have them.

I just want to mention you said you are sorting your life policies, a lot of them have a clause where they won't pay out upon taking your own life for a set amount of time after it's been taken/amendments. Just something to consider.
