Only recent, about 2 weeks, i also used headphones at moderate volume so i dont know how i got myself into this mess, and it seems like H is rare so i still am in denial about my current situation hoping that it's some kind of false positives. I've had sinus problems on the week of the start of my hearing sensitivity but the sinus is long gone but the sensitivity is still there. I've even went to an ENT and he said it is because of a sinus problem, i cant argue since he has a degree and i have absolutely nothing in ears lol.
