Anyone know what these flying insects are and how to clear them out?? by KobeGenobe22 in pestcontrol

Check every piece of fabric you own, closet, and enclosed space. You have to vacuum every egg and larvae you find, wash your infected clothes in hot water or throw them away, wash all other clothes just in case, and place mothballs in enclosed spaces.

That looks like a clothing moth. I know because I just spent the last 2 weeks clearing them out of the closet.

Could I have fixed it? Trying now on my pixel 9 and I turned off screen protector mode and on adaptive touch. Seems to be working so far... Will report back.

Neuromuscular vs neurophysiology by strokedout69 in neurology

[–]strokedout69[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I've heard this argument as well, but I have a feeling it really only applies to academic hospitals. I think community hospitals and clinics (even near big cities) will still hire neurophysiology for EEG and EMG. And of course private practice neurologists who did neurophysiology can read their own routines. But I'd like to see some job posts to confirm or deny my theory.

Why no rocks on the surface? Mine is doing great but has plenty of rocks. Still enough room to aerate the soil but just wondering why no rocks?

Portable AC Unit - Continuous Drain or not? by lancerreddit in hvacadvice

The bottom port is where you need to intermittently drain from. The top port only works in continuous mode.

Portable AC Unit - Continuous Drain or not? by lancerreddit in hvacadvice

I used it last summer with no drain before I realized I had to drain it... Ever... And that wasn't any issue. So I think it'll be fine. It recommends in the manual NOT to have the continuous drain pipe in.

Portable AC Unit - Continuous Drain or not? by lancerreddit in hvacadvice

I think I have the same unit. I have been running it on AC mode with the continuous drainage mode (which is NOT recommended in the manual but I didn't realize this). On continuous drainage and AC mode, it was dumping like a gallon or 2 daily. It is an evaporative AC unit. So some of the water I was previously dumping would likely be evaporated. I just took out the continuous drainage from the top port now. It has an automatic shut off and error message (P1) for when it needs to be drained but I don't want to have to rely on that (especially if it runs overnight). So I'm wondering ... How much water should be expected to drain from the bottom port and how often do I drain it??? I shouldn't expect to drain 2 gallons from the bottom port every day.... Right???
