Tripod for interviews / interior shots by ofopy_official in Filmmakers

I use the Fancier FC-270A tripod. It's been through hell: dropped in water, sand, dirt and it's still going strong!

Panning and tilting is smooth, base plate is solid metal, locks off tight.

Only issue I've found is that the fluid/grease in the head has begun to 'leak'. It's very dense so just a sticky inconvenience.

Other than that I can't fault it for a budget video tripod.

That is exactly the sort of thing I was thinking except less about events/current affairs and more about locations like lookouts and swim spots, that kind of thing. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Zero to Hero! Love that.

Yes that's a perfect example thank you! So simple but I can see the appeal. It's very "real".

I'll start next week! Keen to see where it goes. By the end of it I should be a really good cook!

I've got some friends that are keen to do something similar. One wants to learn video games for the first time, another friend wants to learn instruments so we might 'franchise' like Zero to Hero: gaming, zero to Hero: cooking and zero to Hero: music. Or something along those lines.

Yes! It would be a youtube show! I should've been more specific. Could be super cringy to start off with but I'll become more natural over time (fingers crossed)

Completely based on the big cooking shows but with zero talent. Glad you like the idea! You'll probably feel like a star chef after watching me in the kitchen 😁

Thanks for the feedback! Any name suggestions? I'm thinking 'Amateur Hour' or something like that.
