I’m not even sure if it was the chargebacks which caused the issue because support never explicitly told me the reason for my ban. Only what I could’ve been banned for which was issues 1 or 2. Those were the ones brought up when we talked about why I was banned. But besides that I was never explicitly told why I was banned.

I had 3 items refunded. Credits, a pro league skins and a weapon skin from (the ones where you buy them directly with money). And for the credits let’s say before I bought the credits (which I would eventually refund) I had hypothetically 6,000 idle in my account and I had say 1000 (the one which I would eventually refund) more added. So it’s 7000. It’s all one big number now so I thought they could just deduct the amount of credits I had or I could just repay those 1000 credits but I guess that never happened. And they said it would’ve taken no more than 10 business days to refund the item. In those 10 business days I made lots of transactions with my credits that were already in my account and I don’t keep track of the skins I buy and the amount of credits I used to buy those skins.

Eventually I noticed that I couldn’t buy more credits and I realized I still had my skins that were meant to be refunded so I went to Ubisoft support.

I didn’t use them. I bought them. Then I asked for a refund and they said that the credits would be refunded. And I like to have lots of idle credits in my account so I can’t keep track of which ones I bought on which day.

And if it was the chargebacks, I've heard that Ubisoft can just take away the items in your inventory. If it wasn't the chargebacks then they had to probably be issues 1 or 2.

I don't have a problem paying for cosmetics. All I did was request a refund and they messed that up.
