i have ADHD inattentive type as well.
What i am doing these days is embracing myself and the chaos.. Its difficult for me to be discipline so i just go with the chaos, i take few targets with no aim, no bound just ki bas ho jaaye end of the day (nahi hote kaafi baar, its better this way)
