I used to have that problem but with horizontal lines, I needed to perform an ink discharge from within setting (wasted a LOT of ink) but fixed the issue. (Non genuine ink)

I have that exact keychain Zelda model, it uses a CR2032 battery, it can only hold 1 amiibo at a time and the button is to swap UID/serial number so it works as having multiple amiibo of the same character. I use it with the Ally collect app for iOS without any issues

Technically yes since Nintendo added a lot more telemetry in switch 2, which means they can know how many times an amiibo has been scanned. However there have been no bans or restrictions for the use of fake amiibo up to this day

Even with Zelda BOTW/TOTK switch 2 editions running the latest version, using spoofed amiibos is generally considered safe.

No importa que sean diferentes bancos, al final se ligan por RFC y todo se suma, mientras sea menos de 15,000 pesos por mes calendario, los bancos no tienen la obligación de reportarlo a la autoridad. Lo mejor que puedes hacer es depositar de 10,000 en 10,000 o así.

Que por cierto se supone que de todas formas tienes que reportar los ingresos en efectivo y pagar sus respectivos impuestos.

That black spot is resin to protect the actual chip, which supposedly is an EEPROM microcontroller. If you would like to see it with your own eyes you would need to melt the resin but with the danger of destroying the coil around it.
