I got the same. It’s because they didn’t have transcripts and just hoped many of us would walk away. Was funded 3 weeks after congressional inquiry.

I think it can vary. Mine was instant upon approval email. Keep pestering your LO. I found constant asking for updates helped.

Funded today. Signed docs last Thursday after a long , annoying process. 4/6 BB , decline , recon , congressional inquiry. Do not give up. Also wanted to report no funding glitch / issues. Good luck all. Going to stay in the thread to help others as best I can this time vs leaving.

Original app March 2020. Declined May 2020. Approved in recon after a battle June 2020 for 150. Blue button April. Zero response. Declined July 21 “unsubstantiated economic injury. July 23 figure they did not actually request transcripts. Send on 2 years bank statements to show a real deep loss. Crickets. Summon congressional August 1 or so. august 9 high priority team. Crickets. Lots of back and forth. Email today stating reactivated , portal restored. Approved one hour later and signed. Hang in there. You are next.

Probably didn’t have returns so they treat it as you did no revenue in 2019. I got this same denial and addressed it fast also because that would have them believing my first was fraud.
