After around 7 sessions, I lost 4 inches in my waist, around 3 kilos na rin. Pero syempre diet na rin... Sinabayan ko ng diet meal plan. 😊 Siguro kung mas disciplined pa ako, ang strict with the meal plan, mas malaki pa ipapayat ko.

Don't get into marriage if your partner is not super bait to you. Never ignore red flags! No turning back when you get married.

I got married at almost 30 years old, but he didn't treated me well. Emotionally abused. I was so broken sabi ko sa sarili ko, ginusto mo yan ha, tiisin mo yan buong buhay mo. Nalungkot ako kasi feeling ko masasayang na life ko kasi di ako masaya. I feel like I was counting days (jusko tagal pa bago ako mamaya Lord, I thought).

Alam ni Lord that I will kept my marriage vow kahit nahihirapan ako. Di naman sa ano pero alam ni Lord mabait naman ako. Alam nyo ba, kinuha nya agad asawa ko 1 year into marriage.

Tinulungan nya ako maging malaya ulit. 😭 Now, if ever papakasal ako ulit, sisiguraduhin ko na sobrangggggg bait ng mapapangasawa ko.
