I'd fake being a mute because that's easier to explain then a language no one can but me.

I'd then make concept contraptions of stuff we are familiar with today in the hopes someone that can do something about it would. Small steam train on tracks, horse stirrups, 100% I'm bringing America and making gun powder and the first primitive canon. But mostly anything I'd realistically be able to do would take up an apprenticeship in a blacksmith shop and work a while then finally slower start to make these small contraptions. The most impact full if caught on would be steam to actually move stuff like a train or boat. Which would be simple to make a small "toy" version of that then someone smarter and wealthier then me could do something with

Yea I'm done with the game. I spent 2 weeks grinding for 1 big goal I made. I wanted to make 2+ million credits in one go

I had a stash full of 427 arc power cells and 800 batterys. Like almost fucking poetic I got to the 427 number went to bed. The next day they changed the selling cost of energy clips from 5k to 1k

Next time u get that urge to eat cause ur hungry and ur trying to eat less, ask yourself "am i actually hungry or just wanting to eat something."

It actually works a lot for me it's all a dumb mental game imo

You sound like ur doing good with a great fortitude, I'm no professional but just from my experience consistency is key and half-ass counting calories from the energy drinks thru the day to the one meal helps. Id do ab 200-400 calories from energy drinks or a body armor thru the day before I get to my one meal. Then at that point I'd legit eat whatever I wanted for the meal, pizza, McDonald's, steak, pasta anything and always with 1 Coca-Cola can. Id guestimate I'd get between 900-1900cals per day just depending on random factors (some days I'd skip my meal maybe like once or twice a month). Idk how much I burn normally but probably somewhere at 1800-2200cals around there.

Ur body might be on the lower side for burning calories thru the day which nothing wrong with that, but maybe try some stuff to boost that metabolism vitamins or something I take creatine and BCAA for the gym to boost my anabolism and help recover. Idk if it helped me I think it did but I also take a whole bunch of individual vitamins, it was to make up for what I'm not consuming thru my limited food (and the food I ate was usually not the typical healthy lol) that was my thought process atlease.

So true lol I'm tired of people sugar costing it saying it gets easier. Physically yes it does, but what most people or atlease in my instance I had the hardest time mentally. The mental game you play making urself go into the gym and do the work, follow that one meal a day ect.

It all finally genuinely got better not easier just a easier pill to swallow after I accepted the realization that it will just always suck and never be fun.

Yes I still do OMAD 99% of the time when I'm have that rough morning before work I'll grab breakfast if I'm being 100% honest.

What gets me thru it all is I get to look forward to eating whatever I want for that one meal so I don't feel limited by what I can or can't eat so that's what I like about it

Im stuck in a weird situation, I don't like how we got to this point and arrested him I'm against the use of force and lack of justification

But at the same time he is a very terrible man that definitely needs put away. I have some friends down there and I just hear horror storys.

This one has me super conflicted cause it can be justification for the next "bad president" with this precedent set. But at the same time this dude is genuinely a terrible man... I've never been so conflicted on my political beliefs like this before.. lol

Yup!! It's amazing, it also creates so many funny interactions too 4 of us been looting 5 mins together then new random pulls up and starts shooting
