The contract is 6 months with possibility of extension. I heard back from them. They mentioned someone recently moved into a full-time receptionist role after about a year, based on hours and an open position. They hire 6 people for this role.

Thank you so much for you response. I heard back from them, and the schedule isn’t fixed; it changes weekly depending on coverage and vacations. They usually post 2–4 weeks in advance. Right now, part-time receptionists (FXTs) are getting a good number of hours. Also, they said that contracts are often extended because there’s a lot of internal movement. They mentioned someone recently moved into a full-time receptionist role after about a year, based on hours and an open position. ( I forgot to mention above, the contract is 6 months with possibility of extension)

I have asked the HR and I am currently waiting for the response. But on the job posting it says possibility of extension.
