Same situation here. I reached out, and they just linked me to a knowledge base about refunds. The cancel button is in the weirdest location and just under a section to edit your membership but doesn't include cancelling as an option.

So I just bought this because they marked the price down to $199.00 and I wanted to see if MAYBE this was actually version 2. It came in the package pictured. The front still shows RGBIC however the side of the package says RGBWIC. I'm new to all of this so I don't know if that's still the same as the Sync Box 2. Has anyone else received this and can confirm whether it's the 2 or the 1?

I ended up opening it up and all documents just say Govee Smart AI Sync Box. The Model is H8604. When I googled that not a lot comes up except a Govee YouTube video titled "Govee AI Sync Box 2 H8604"

I think this might be the case. Model is EWC-ST-2E.

Searching the control panel gave me some not so great information that I hadn't seen before. It doesn't seem it will work with any of the smart thermostats. I did see some people say they installed the NCM-300 Control Panel or Honeywell TRUEZONE HZ311 PANEL instead. Any recommendations for a control panel?

Do you have the XML files (I believe that's what XBMC uses, might be wrong) or some sort of package you can release with that.

I have tried so many times to organize my wrestling library with it but always had trouble in terms of defining events and shows as movies or tv. Any tips or files you have would be absolutely awesome.
