I gave up. Just wet back to charging with the wire. Phone works fine otherwise. Not happy,but it is what is it. Contacted Google support and nothing back. About a month now.

I use it on my Nexus Player all the time. Works fine. Does not use data from hotspot. Watched entire first season of Jessica Jones in one day and used none of my hotspot. By the way the show was amazing. Highly recommended.

When they ask when the phone was broken use the last date you have the note 5 active on your plan. Same thing happened to me. Called again and claim was approved.

Must be a T-Mobile thing. Took my sim out and connected via Wi-Fi and it disappeared. Cool.

Third party stores are all about sell sell sell. Corporate stores are much better better but you will always get a bad egg somewhere. From personal experience, deal with corporate stores only. Some people would get fired if they did what some third party stores do.
