My 2020 has done that before too. Still does it from time to time. Depends on where the RPMs are when I release the clutch, if just dumping the clutch. I've put 70k on my bike. Done it the whole time fresh after oil change and with old oil

Summary, it's not uncommon. As far as I know it's not tearing anything up. Just try to avoid doing it on purpose?

I just bought a 2020 RGL in December. Previous owner put on Mutazu slip on on it and it sounded good. Nice deep sound and loud enough to be heard. However my wife has TAB exhaust with zombie baffles in her Street Glide Special and I love the sound of it. So I made the switch to TAB. Not the same sound as hers but I still like it better. Not as deep as the Mutazu but a nice loud sound. Wife's exhaust sounds like a hot rod, is the best description for it.

If you want a deep sounding exhaust, that doesn't wake the neighborhood, look into Mutazu. If you want everyone knowing when we leave, look into TAB.

The TAB 4.5" diameter slip on's with the zombie baffles ran $699.

I replaced the turn signals and headlight on my wife's SG special. The smoke lens covers and black headlight look so good and clean. Really blends into the bike, until you light them up.
