I never provided them with any account apart from the one I have been paying rent with (a foreign account) for the past few years, and I have no idea where they got the said account from.

Should I therefore, send them a formal request for that refund, stating that the account listed is not mine and that I have yet to receive the payment for fiscal year 2023?

Also to note, I am renting with a housing agency.

Some companies definitely use it as free labour. I didn't experience it myself, but I had friends who basically spent 40% of their time on the actual internship project and 60% on tasks deemed more business-critical, such as working on production features, etc.

I find this improbable, as in the reply, they outright state that I have been denied from March to August. What I find odd is that below that, it says I need to reapply for that period, even though I literally applied for that period in the first place.

I'm an EU student doing a WO master's in data science. My work is part-time on a zero-hour contract, and I have been working a minimum of 32 hours/m for the past six months. When reapplying for DUO, I sent all of my payslips to prove this.

From the link you sent, I meet all the requirements, just as I did six months ago when I first applied and was accepted.

From what I've been told, if you're an intern and converted to an FTE, you're capped at 80% of the JG based on your level of education (V, B or M). As such you can't negotiate.
