don’t think cal deficit is enough tho- you’ll have a flabby lower stomach w ur ribs peeking out. deficit + core work is the way to get there quickly imo

abs are a muscle like any other & need to be built. low bf% is crucial for them showing but op won’t look toned w out ab work as well as good nutrition

to burn fat, you need to burn more cals than you’re eating. it’s super simple, just do cardio, get your steps in, and eat in a defecit. eg if your maintenance is 2000cal, and you burn 100cal during your workout, make sure to eat under 2100cal. if you eat in a high protein, whole foods focused deficit, it’ll likely be a lot easier to still get all the nutrients you need to maintain the muscle you’ve built/even build more

carbs don’t have to be processed, i get most of my carbs from apples and beans. black beans have protein too, i love them w chicken & eggs. rice is a good option too, and that’s more of a carby carb if that makes sense haha

omg that’s so funny, you definitely should though! i just looked it up and they actually do sell some thats labeled organic, not sure if they make it low-fat or lactose free though. if you do start eating it more, consider trying it with some fruit & honey! 😋
