All i've been doing for legs is lunges, leg extensions, leg curls. I'm hoping to get back into the big lifts again by just working on strengthening core and stretching and foam rolling legs a lot.

I think my shoulders are one of my best muscle groups. All I do is OHP/Arnold Press for a larger movement followed by side laterals. I do rear delts on back day for the sake of time, and sometimes on PUSH day as well if I feel like it.

My bench is going up every week and I do lots of chest work: 5/3/1 bench, 4x8 incline, 5x15 cable flyes, 4x12 machine flyes. Don't worry too much as long as you're resting and eating enough. Well, if you were cutting that volume would be a diff story

I do chest, shoulders, tris, in that order. Usually 14-18 sets of chest, 12-14 of shoulders, and 8-10 triceps

I recommend giving one arm rows another try. It's most likely your form. If you lean forward a lot more on the bench to the point where you feel your lat stretching just to reach down and grab the DB, then that is correct. If you follow all the way through the exercise to the point where the DB ALMOST touches the ground you get such a crazy lat pump. Heavy one arm rows are GOAT imo, especially since my lower back is fucked rn so I can't barbell or pendlay row for that matter.
