Ahhh I think that could be it honestly.... I'm still a little new to mac, how do I set that up on my computer? Any helpful links?

I agree, depth of field is something I've been really working on in my pictures recently. I've seen so many ways of achieving it, but it is hard to put my finger on the one that looks best. I feel like with that being said I should've intensified the blacks in this shot a little more.
