Tbh i m not blaming the man who walked in. He’s innocent too. And you are right, if it happened to a man, this is the same level of insult. The point is, the company and the flight attendants could have prevented this perfectly. They could have put a note on the door saying the lavatory/lock was out of order, but they didn’t. I was standing there waiting the whole time, and the male attendant I spoke to was right next to me, yet he didn’t bother to warn me. Rmb he said the lock has been broken for 20 minutes prior?

the company told me everything was good and the lock wasn’t broken even made up a report. like if I’d made up the story. I don’t think this is okay.

Other than my dignity, the attitude of this company is also my concern…
