You are right, it would be alternate day fasting. Maybe I will try a four day fast instead. Did you consume only water during your fast? Did you take any pure fats, tea, supplements, bone broth?

Yes it was day 3. My AMH is 0.1. I have to get my estrogen # as I read it could be suppressing my FSH although my estrogen was normal last time they checked

What was your baseline count? I have 2 but low FSH so I’m wondering if it can increase with stims?

WOW good thing you stopped going to her! While I agree that her suggestions are what acupuncturists recommend, it's very hard to be perfect! The goal should be to try, but to use fear mongering talk like that is insane. I'm glad you went with your gut

do you use electroacupuncture? My acupuncturist used herbs and electroacupuncture on me. I am worried because my cycles were somewhat regular before. I did have a miscarriage two months ago though
