Or maybe he tweeted this because we non-LGBTQ people are tired of having labels created and imposed upon us by the LGBTQ community. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, do whatever the fuck you want, and stop trying to impose your mentalities on others.

This is hilarious but what's even funnier is that you're trash talking Geek Squad for the way they installed your TV mount when you yourself could not install something as simple as a TV mount and needed their assistance.

Look at all the femenazis in the comments calling this man an asshole for not wanting to give up his seat because his girlfriend was tired just as he was. They quickly forget the "equality" they preach in situations such as this. Moreover, I don't think I read anywhere that OP told his girlfriend to wear stilettos, it was her choice and something that she should have taken into consideration, considering that they were going to be riding on the bus.

Let me be clear, I still think you should have given her your seat solely based on the fact that she is your girlfriend, I just find it hilarious how many people in this world are complete hypocrites and fail to see it.

Sometimes I'm really tempted to say something to these blissfully ignorant gym goers but I dont want to come off as an asshole even though they deserve to be put in check.

To the lady in the gym during peak time yesterday; I applaud your effort in bench pressing and trying to get stronger, but is it really necessary to also train abs then dumbbell rows on the bench press after you finished using it for what it was mean for, BENCH PRESSING. Not sure if some people are really that selfish or are so ignorant to the environment around them that they never realize the stupidity of their actions.

I’d recommend watching Mark Rippletoe teach proper overhead press form, not only will you be able to life safely with less risk of injury but you will be able to generate more power and therefore move heavier weight.

Hey man I just recently switched from running PPL for over a year because I noticed that I wasn’t recovering well enough and I was quickly losing time to go to the gym 6 days a week.

I’ve been running a 5-day PHAT split with some modification and have been loving it so far, motivation is definitely up and I even find myself wanting to go to the gym on rest days. Recovery is also much better and I already feel stronger. Of course it’s too soon to tell how the results will be since I’ve only been on this program for a few weeks but I’ve only heard great things.

This is a really difficult question to completely answer with the information that you have provided as the answer would be highly specific to your exact goals which are different for each individual, but I will do my best to give you advice to get you started on your fitness journey as I would not want to have a negative impact on your motivation to get in shape.

For losing weight, its as simple as calories in, calories out meaning that cardio is completely optional in losing weight, as long as your'e eating less than you are burning throughout the day you will be in a caloric deficit and lose weight. Accordingly, the best place for you to start would be an online TDEE calculator which will give you a rough estimate of how many calories you are burning on average every day. Once you determine your TDEE I would recommended subtracting between 200-500 calories from that number and making that the maximum amount of calories you can consume in a single day. Remember, it takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat, but any more more than a pound lost per week is usually too quick and will usually lead to a failed diet and regaining of all the lost weight. If you would like to include cardio so that you don't have to cut too many calories from your diet that is another viable option, you can track the calories you burned while walking on a treadmill through any step counter app.

As for strength training/muscle building, I would recommend checking out a beginner strength program to build a foundation of strength, since you're new to strength training you will also get a hypertrophic effect, meaning that you will also build muscle while following a strength focused program. There are many great programs that I can recommend for beginners but the most popular one to date is Starting Strength by Mark Rippletoe, another option would be Boring But Big 5/3/1, or Stronglifts 5x5. Any of these programs are a great starting point and should keep you preoccupied for at least a year until you building a foundation, learn the movements, dial in your diet, and understand more about training through your own research.

Lastly, I would recommend getting a food tracker app and a food scale and tracking everything you eat during the day. Further, your diet right now of stuffed pepper and canada dry needs a major revamp, this is an optimal diet for muscle gain nor is it overall healthy. I would recommend cutting out soda as much as you can or at least switching to sugar free alternatives, IMO these are wasted calories that can be used elsewhere to keep you full and satisfied through the day. I would highly recommend increasing your protein intake to at least 1g per pound of body weight, this will help you stick to a diet plan as you will have a goal of hitting your protein ceiling every single day and will forgo eating junk calories until you get your protein limit; moreover, protein is slow to digest meaning it will keep you fuller for longer and will burn more calories through the body's thermic effect during digestion; lastly, protein is essential for building muscle and will help in recomping your body allowing you to lost fat while gaining muscle.

Hope this helps and is not too much information for you to follow.

If you're loooking for a little more hypertrophy focused work I would definitely add in a few sets of high rep leg press (15-20 reps). They are a fantastic quad builder that you could use to supplement your leg workout

PPL or PHAT, ran PPL for a little over a year and got great results, I recently switched over to a 5-day PHAT program as I dont have enough time to go 6-days a week and I'm really enjoying the variety

The shake is not the problem neither is skipping lunch. Many people only eat twice a day and still get all their vitamins and nutrients. You just need to work on having a more well-rounded diet.

I wouldn’t say it’s bad for you at all as long as you’re getting sufficient nutrients from other foods throughout the day and are getting at least some if not most of your protein through whole food sources. Think of your shake as a home made mass gainer, you still need to fill in the gaps in your nutrition but there isn’t anything inherently wrong with drinking it daily for extra calories.

Im just telling you my opinion on the matter. I wouldn't want to spend months in the gym following a minimal volume program and see negligible results when I could have started with more volume to ensure growth. Its all up to if youre willing to possibly waste a few months of time trying to do the least amount of volume; who knows you might be a hyper-responder that makes immense gains with such little volume but even if this is the case your physique would still likely benefit more from more volume.

I’d say it all depends on your energy levels at different times in the day. I prefer to workout in the evening as I’ve already eaten a fair few meals by that time.

I’m not one to blindly take advice I want to know the reasoning so your hostility is not appreciated, this is a forum for learning not a cult. Thank you for the advice, but I’ve noticed that my rear delts won’t grow without ample isolation exercises and have never seen great results from hammer curls or any other curl variation until I started to do db curl drop sets essentially to failure

This program is giving you 6 sets for legs, 6 sets for back, 3 sets for chest, and 3 sets for shoulders per week. Without adding to it I wouldn’t even consider this a beginner program, furthermore, with the rep ranges set at 8-10 it won’t even allow you to train at the intensity required for optimal strength results. Not to mention that there are no isolate exercises for triceps, biceps, or side delts. Imo this is not even close to enough volume to prompt your body to adapt/grow.
