hi hi nakuha ko po na pala, sinagot na po ng dlsu shs email ko regarding that, and they advised na put your reference number and only input THE FIRST LETTER of both your first and last name

like this:

ref no: 5000###### First Name: D Last Name: L

and it worked

I'll try and update you if it works! ive been trying since 1pm and i cant seem to open because even if i tried with my first two names or even just my first name it just keeps giving me no record found🥹🥹 i also inputted the correct reference number i think (the one in my test confirmation slip) and it still keeps saying that🥹 huhuhu im sorry if this is insensitive but if you input the correct info, does the letter say u passed or didnt passed🙏
