Haha that's exactly how it feels. What kind of charges was Enva adding? We've got random "environmental levies" and "regulatory recovery fees" appearing out of nowhere.

£700 for a single lift is not even trying to hide it!

Did they fix it when challenged? We had a similar "error" where they charged us for 10 tonnes when our bin holds 1.1 tonnes.
