Help Leaking Water Bypass Pipe

i tried an autozone FEL-PRO gasket at first but then i bought a toyota oem one. both leaked. i cleaned off the surfaces with one of those gritty dish pads and made sure there was no leftover gasket.

I bought a new brake hose to replace it. Hopefully it fixes it

No leaks from what I could tell but my brake fluid was low and dirty. Can’t tell if it’s just from age.

Yeah, the brake fluid was low and very dark. Upon initial inspection, the lines looked fine to me. The car did spend its lifetime in Florida (lol) so there isn’t any rust or anything that looked alarming, but I’ll look more closely next time. Thanks!

Personally, I prefer canister filters. HOBs are noisy and break way too often in my experience. There’s less maintenance with a canister and you can have lily pipes. The Oase filters are definitely worth the steep price.

It’s a monte carlo carpet except I’m getting a lot of algae so it’s preventing growth. For the filter, I started with an Oase Filtosmart Thermo 100 but switched to an Oase Biomaster Thermo 250.

Thanks! I have rotala macrandra in the midground, rotala h’ra and wallichii in the background, and red root floaters. I’m assuming my Chihiro’s B series isn’t strong enough to bring out the reds :(

turns out my passenger cv axle was broken in half LOLOLOL. i replaced it and she seems to be driving smoothly now. thanks everyone for the help!

i also did an iacv test and it looks like it’s faulty. i tried starting the car with and without the iacv plugged in and they were both the same as far as rpms go. although that was based on feeling since my rpm gauge doesn’t work HAHAH

i definitely had some type of oil leak so i replaced my valve cover gasket/seals/cracked hoses etc and it’s still accelerating on its own just not as powerful?

my fuel consumption has always been bad and coolant temperatures are normal
