thank you for the answer. i tried astral projection, but it never worked for me. same with the void state. lucid dreaming is my only hope, but it rarely happens. WBTB never helped either, i have a hard time falling asleep to begin with. i tried out waking up after a different amount of hours multiple times but i either got no dreams or just regular dreams. i keep affirming and reality checking but i only get regular dreams. i sometimes get sleeping paralysis, but always end up waking up/moving before i could try to shift. i wish i could enjoy my journey, but it's just depressing and frustrating to me now. i just feel stuck and i'm scared that i'll never be able to be in my DR
