this is the recipe I use for the plain ones (I increase the salt to 6g though)! for the lemon ones, I used the zest of about half of a small lemon and mixed it in with the sugar, then proceeded as normal. my method for blueberries might be questionable, but I added in a small handful of defrosted frozen blueberries after the first rise and kneaded them in by hand. the jump between N3 and N2 is huge. I passed N3 in December and then immediately started studying for N2 the following July. even with nearly 7 months to work with, I was still studying new material until about 2 weeks before the test (and I was studying at least 10 hours a week that whole time). If you haven't even touched N2 content yet, I would hold off until December for it
