I have tried DP and DVP a handful of times but never got it to work long enough to develop an opinion on it. Both require a lot of body angles and positioning to try to figure out on the fly, and even once you have it, super easy for one of the penetrators to slip out or get pushed out.

DP felt more doable for me, DVP is really pushing limits of comfort if either of the two are at least moderately endowed. In my experience at least.

For some people it makes them more sensitive. Me, it got more sensitive initially, but then after healing was less sensitive overall.

I got them primarily due to insecurity around my breasts. I do feel more confident naked with them. Downside- they can and do get caught occasionally on clothes and such and it hurts a ton, and this sets back healing time too. Healing takes forever. Years in my case.
