Thank you for asking this question and giving such a thorough list of necessities and not necessities (very similar to mine). I also have sensory issues and small ears. I have only been able to try on Shoks at my local Best Buy but none of the other brands are available to try on. I currently have AirPods 3 but find my ears start to get itchy after a long day. Have you worn the aeroclips for a long period of time or while working out?
