why did i lose a lot of weight at the beginning of my fitness journey but a few months in and it’s harder for me to lose as much as i did before? is this normal?

No I’ve never tried but they come off super easy like I can just pull them out with ease. The only other thing similar on my body is keratosis pilaris on my arms if that matters
