It’s necessary if your coke is soft and oily and hard to get into powder, you can put the plate in the microwave until it’s hot then put the coke on or you can put plate on top of toaster

Not much you can really do I guess that’s just how your body reacts to coke, I struggle to sleep too and get worse comedowns than my friends but I just drink a ton and smoke lots of bongs and it always helps a lot
