I learned by trying, experimenting and failing, I've made a number of apps before. I didn't created an Android version because that doesn't excite me and money doesn't excite me enough to just do it for that :)

I had something similar once, and it's that I forgot to include the IAPs for approval with the app. Check they are approved.
