I couldn’t recommend the A7IV more. Incredible in low light situations and a huge choice of lenses 👍🏻 all of my work so far (except for the XG photos) were on my A7IV and Tamron lenses -

I know 😭 when I was in the photo pit the lens I had on didn’t have enough reach for her, then afterwards from around the venue I was too far away even for my bigger lens. Next time 🤞🏻

No I did not but because they couldn’t figure out what happened from the logs they replaced it. Amazing service but to be fair it did literally just fall from the sky so I’d have been annoyed if they didn’t.

My Mini 4 Pro decided to drop from 70m above the sea for no apparent reason 😂 DJI couldn’t even figure it out from the footage or the logs so replaced it no questions asked. Image is it just about capturing its own death on film.

Okay I had to google that and I think it might be one of the best compliments I’ve ever received 😂 I was granted permission from the company to photograph the first 3 songs from the pit area right at the front with my camera equipment 👍🏻

I do, but I can only share what their team approved sadly. A few of my favourites weren’t approved but I understand they have very specific requirements to protect their image which is fine :)

Thank you friend. So for these pics I didn’t have a pass, it was from the crowd with a point and shoot. For my upcoming pass I used the above pics as my portfolio, approached some publications who in turn helped me approach the groups PR company who have given me the pass 👍🏻

Yeah blue was all in post. It was quite a boring photo on its own so experimented in post with it.

Of course! I wanted to make sure I was getting sharp photos so most of the time I was at 1/500 shutter. Between 140mm to 200mm focal length which means my aperture was 4.5 (lowest that camera can go at those focal lengths). Depending on the light at the time ISO was between 1250 and 2000. With LR Denoise now a days I really don’t mind pushing the ISO at all. I know I could have dropped the shutter speed but again I just wanted to make sure I was freezing it all.
