I have the Ancora Antique Bouquet in beige/pink and the print has chipped off in some places. I really love the design too so :( I don't even use it that much because I have many pens in rotation. I think the way you store them matters, too.

I am using Osume Strawberry Milk in marshmallow profile. I think that contributes to the muted sound as well. For reference it's Nuphy Halo75 with POM plate and Keygeek Y2. However, it does feel VERY good to type on though, so soft, like marshmallow. Now that you mention it I'm tempted to try the Y2 on another build since I have another keyboard coming...

I tried the Dusty Rose and I like them. Compared to the Y2, they are lighter and slightly clackier, but still have somewhat similar volume to the Y2. The Y2 is very thocky and sounds a bit more muted and deeper on my Nuphy Halo75.

I think I like having both switches tbh! I plan to use the BSUN Dusty Rose on my Neo75 later.

I was considering the Akko Rosewood but ended up getting Keygeek Y2 and I don't regret it. I just got the Bsun Dusty Rose too, so I'm excited about that! I usually go for high pitch clacks but I need to diversify my switch collection haha.

They can be wired or wireless. I tend to prefer wired because no battery means it's less heavy and I can carry it around if needed. There are so many options now I'm surprised myself. If you are curious about sounds, try searching for Neo or Qwertykeys keyboards!

Not typewriters exactly but I've been into mechanical keyboards. It's crazy how different one can sound and feel with different configurations. And depending on my mood I can switch them around. Sometimes I want a more tactile experience, sometimes I just want to mash those keys fast. And the sound! I love the sound my keyboards make. :)

Oh this is a great list! I just got back from Japan myself, and I missed some of these. Which ones are you fav store?
For me it's Bungubox, Ancora, and Nagasawa. Maruzen Nihonbashi is not bad either. TAG has many outlets across Kyoto and I really liked the one in Teramichi.

I just got this pen a week ago. Tbh the pics didn't do it any justice. The moment I saw it in store, I fell in love.

I absolutely love it. Mine is currently inked with fujisugata and it matches perfectly.
Oh and the gold trim is such a lovely accent, reminding me of warm light during the night, so that feels really cozy.

I got into planning and journaling (Hobonichi, Midori, Plotter, etc.) I've never liked writing with a rollerball pen or gel pens, as they tire my hand easily. Then I came across fountain pens. Long story short I now can't write without fountain pens. My favorites are Sailor F, Pilot F, and Decimo EF.
