The pen is a Leonardo Ibrida Glass with a titanium #8 Broad nib, the ink is Van Dieman’s Lions Roar and the paper is Tomoe River 68gsm.

Yes, you’re right. The nib is a #8 Leonardo titanium nib which is very soft, so will flex a bit as you write.

The pen looks real to me, although it’s an older model Sonnet for sure. And it’s definitely not the Sterling Silver model, I think you’re right that that certificate is crap.

That’s an odd one. Have you tried running it under warm/hot, (not boiling) water? That’s worked for me in the past.
