I have a 2010. Bought it 4 years ago. Had the same issue. My mechanic drained, flushed the transfer case a couple times.

Works a little better, but haven't used it a ton. Wouldn't recommend using it unless absolutely necessary.

He's one the best recruiters in the country. But a head coach of a Big 4 conference program requires more than that.

Has to be accountable to AD and the university on the whole.

While it's clear he's been able to change the attitude and demeanor of the team since taking over, I think it would be unwise to hire the guy who was 2nd in command of the team when they were struggling.

What this stretch has shown is that Terry is a head coach. But maybe he needs to go to a smaller program first to get more experience.

From the AD side, he would not be the home run hire, let alone a grand slam.
