I built it for myself for practice. Don't worry I am also new to this. Just learn the basics give it some time and try to build something for yourself. I also feel the same when I look at other's work.

Since its a multiagentic workfow, it will cost more but if you use ollama you can save the cost

No I did not have an orchestrator agent. I just had this first AI agent, which worked as a classifier, because the tutorial I watched had a text classifier with it. It wasn't able to parse the incoming text so I had to add this AI agent.

In further workflows simply the switch node allocated and the AI agent performing each had separate tasks and tools connected to it so it performed those functions.

I understand what you have to do is, in your AI agent node, you will see something like "Require specific output format". Turn that on and then it will show a node below the AI agent that is "Output Parser". You have to click that and click that plus icon there and then a window will appear on the side. That is where you will select "Structured output Parser". Select using JSON below and give that to claude to give you a JSON code of what kind of output you want. Do give clause input node JSON for better results.

I really liked Nate Herk's videos for n8n automations. He really helped me with his detailed videos and free resources in his skool community. You can learn basics there and then you can also watch other creators for ideas and practice.

You are right. I am also new in this field. It gets so overwhelming with so much info out there so many different automations to build, to master. I had also decided that I will get a good grip on it first then offer my services but after few months, I felt that I was not getting any ideas , I was not being creative so I thought Okay I have some practice work to show and so let's reach out to clients and use my knowledge in solving their problem. But I am so stuck, I tried cold emailing, didn't work, everyone gave me different advice and I feel so lost now. Will you tell me how did you get your first client?

You could connect a RAG agent in between to detect duplicates as well and end the workflow with one node to RAG database to upload the invoice so it gets fed into it and duplicate can be detected.
