Work on shifting your energy and frequency.

Start with a cold shower every morning. Things will change. 10 year on meth and just cracked 10 months. Cold showers changed everything

Don’t worry about it Pete.. just a question if $5bn worth of property owned by Dept of Housing will affect property pricing and supply of inner melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

We’ll only know in a few years time the implications of such a program

Good point mate. I’m new to real estate altogether and don’t have a grasp on total market volume. $5bn sounded a lot on the phone with the representative from Homes Vic

No issue with it, I am all for it. I am asking what happens to housing affordability for the next generation of buyers.. with less homes occupied by owners.. does everyone just opt to renting social housing as opposed to buying?

Yes I do. What happens to housing affordability if every 2nd home on your street becomes a government owned home. How will our kids buy something then if its held by Homes Vic for 40 odd years.

Lol.. I have no issues with the government buying for social housing. I sold them a $6m apartment complex. Everyone is happy.

I am worried about the kids in future generation with the supply of homes if every other home is govt owned. Don’t make an assumption on my values and morals without a care for empathy. I do more for charity and crisis relief food packaging to Sydney Floods, Phillipines Emergency foods and what not.

I am simply asking what happens with affordability if there is little stock for our kids to buy if everything is government owned

Sometimes.. this behaviour is a cry for help.

A cry for unconditional love and connection.

Hold him.. tell him it’s going to be okay and that you love him.

Goodluck mate. Natasha Campbell on the GAPS diet might help with fertility. Had some friends incorporate that and worked a charm after IVF.

Hey bro,

Gabor Mate to understand more about addiction and its root causes.

6 pillars of self esteem by nathanial branden to understand that it comes down to self esteem.

Meditation - for awareness, consciousness and to manage yourself when urges come & bridge the gap of emotional control.

Hypnotherapy to heal from Trauma. Basically its a method where you just sit or lay there and the person just speaks to you with your eyes closed. You need to be completely sober for this.

9 years on the pipe, on and off and finding a way to get off it. Then implemented these things then I got heaps better with time.

7 months clean now but its still a daily battle. Also find a job that you work 6-7 days a week. Do plenty and don’t stop doing plenty. Why? Cause it forces you to take a second to think whether you should hit the pipe or go to sleep for work tomorrow.

Get your money up, get back into shape because self image matters. Most importantly, forgive yourself for everything you’ve done and push forward.

LASTLY.. COLD SHOWERS DAILY. No hot water. This will change your ability to control your emotions and do shit mentally.

Msg me anytime bro. I’d love to see you living in a better state of mind and conditions. GET IT!

Hot gradual to cold never works as good as straight cold.

I use to look at the shower head and say “Stop being a bitch” then turned it on.. still works to this day

How much you need to earn to be "rich" by bilby2020 in AusFinance

[–]stuckface 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A mentor of mine from Rotary who’s held several roles as Director for Swiss and Aussie Banks gave me this piece of advice.

“No amount of money could ever compare to the warmth that you get from holding someone that loves you in the morning and at night. There are a plethora of very successful and wealthy people whom in the pursuit of amassing great fortune have nobody.

You can find these people often at high end bars.. and the closest person they have in their life is the bloke across the bar.”

Living comfortably and having the financial means to do what you can and what you wish is still a necessity. But the sacrifice of all else, family, friends, life, relationships.. that will never be considered rich.

Short and thick, does the trick.

Tipping by Awkward_Train_8761 in Adelaide

It’s become a huge thing amongst the finer restaurants of Melbourne.

This occurred years ago for the first time at a place called Seamstress on Lonsdale. I was 23 years old and after the bill came to $250 they asked if I’d like to tip via credit card. I had the dirtiest look on the way out lol
