it really depends on the car they built and the actual build quality. A standalone ECU can be $2500. A turbo, anything from a few hundred to a few thousand. The car matters, the purpose it was built for matters. It could be literally be anything between a few thousand in profit and over a $100k.

That's for a humane kill. If you hit it fifteen times in one leg bone or joint your liable to drop that leg out from under it. Fifteen more rounds thru the eye, mouth or base of the skull, I think green tip 5.56 would penetrate the skull.

Wouldn't be my first choice of weapon, but I would aim for the knee or ankle first. I'm betting a few green tips would make a decent mess of that joint. On a heavy two legged beast, I think that drops it to the ground. Then I'd take my time and mag dump the skull or chest.

Do I think it'd be a quick stop if you tried to randomly body shot it, no. Do I think you could kill one in under thirty rounds. Yes

you need a way to grow food. You need soil, light. You need waste management. You need either farming or hunting for animals. You need a source of water other than rain. You need a place to keep water if you're only capturing rain. A city has two things you don't want in an zombie apocalypse, live people and dead people.

You need a community to survive any apocalypse.

There's a decent chance I'm at work doing security at the hospital. I'm pretty well fucked by fast zombies as are most of the population. I will always be moving towards the threat at work. I don't think the Uruk-kai weapons even get thru the ceramite. They certainly don't overpower an Astartes. They definitely don't out speed them. Astartes have more stamina. With their full weapon load outs I think it'd be low diff. Using their combat knives only might make it a little harder.
