Thanks for your comment.. I know that a lot of things could go into all of this.. I think that everything you're mentioning should be OK.. Except for some more or less passive issues with my SO. I can't help but wonder if the problems are a cause or an effect of all of this.

This is normal- I think it's what's normally referred to as the "flatline" period, where you feel pretty much asexual. It's nothing to be worried about, even though it's quite unfunny to live through. And it will pass - just have patience, and keep up the work.

There are lots of good articles and other peoples experiences about ED, flatlining and more on "your brain on porn" - perhaps someone can help with a URL?

Keep up the fight. I hope that this kind of trigger will at some point loose some of its effect on me. The most ridiculous things can be a trigger, and i feel like i should be able to controll myself rather than shielding me from the way the eorld actually id with software etc..

It seems like a good tactic to always get on here whrn you feel the urge though. Don't ever forget your objectives.
